The Association’s Annual General Meeting will take place in the Broadhall Suite, on Tuesday 17^th June 2008, at 7:45pm. Doors will open at 7:15pm and the Bar will be open for the duration of the evening. All members of the Supporters Association during the 2007-2008 season, and those who have joined/renewed their membership for the 2008-2009 season, are invited to attend.

Proof of membership is required to gain entry. If you was not a member of the Supporters Association during the 2007-2008 season and would like to join the Supporters Association ahead of the 2008-2009 season, so that you can attend the A.G.M. / Open Forum, you will be able to do so prior to the A.G.M at the Boro Shop, and on the night of the A.G.M in the Broadhall Suite. In accordance with the Supporters Association’s Constitution any Executive or General Committee post which has been held for a period of two years is to be contested by means of an election. Below is the list of vacancies:

You will notice that there are a number of Committee vacancies which includes the roles of Secretary and Travel Co-ordinator.

John Carroll has confirmed that he is willing to continue to co-ordinate travel, but Mervyn Stokes-Geddes has indicated a desire to stand down as the Association’s secretary after holding the position for 14 years.
